Important Information
INDEMNITY AND DISCLOSURE FORM
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF:
NOTICES, RULES, COMMON COURTESIES, OBLIGATIONS AND CAUTIONS.
Dear Guest and Visitor,
To ensure the enjoyment, safety and wellbeing of all guests and visitors, we specifically bring to your attention the following notices, rules, indemnities, common courtesies, obligations, and cautions. Acceptance of the content of this document are subject to and conditional for all reservations and entry to Beau Vista 3.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS FOR KEYS, REMOTE CONTROL AND BREAKAGES
A REFUNDABLE deposit of R600,00 is payable prior or on the day of arrival, but not later than the check in time.
• Guests agree and accept liability and responsibility by signature hereto to pay for:
Any or all damages caused in or outside the apartment whether accidental or deliberate. Such damages will be deducted from the deposit once management has ascertained, confirmed, and agreed with the guests. Deposits will be refunded accordingly within seven days after departure.
• On check in, guests must acquaint themselves with the inventory list.
• In the event of any damages or losses to items or Beau Vista property, guests are requested to report such damages to management.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of premature departure, we will charge for the full original booking and there will be NO refund.
Refunds and cancellation obligations on bookings:
• More than 2 Months: 75% of deposit refundable.
• 2 Months before stay date: 50% of deposit refundable.
• 1 Month before stay date: 25% of deposit refundable.
• 2 Weeks before stay date: 0% of deposit refundable.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
The main guest or person responsible for the reservation must be present to accept the keys, before any other guests in the group or party shall be given access to the apartment.
Check in time is from 14h00 on the day of arrival and check out time is no later than 10H00 on the day of departure.
CLEANING SERVICES
A daily cleaning fee of R110,00 is optional.
NB: This service can be requested prior or on the day of arrival.
PENALTIES
No smoking is allowed in the apartment and constitutes a penalty by forfeiting the full deposit of R600,00.
Blocked drains due to sand that was not rinsed off outside constitutes to a penalty of R400,00 which will be deducted from the refundable deposit.
KEYS
The main guest or person responsible for the reservation in each group or party will be provided with ONE set of keys for the apartment and ONE remote control for the automated gates.
Lost keys or remote control will be deducted from the deposit.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
Guests enter the premises of Beau Vista entirely at their own risk. Whilst we take precautions to facilitate the reasonable safety and comfort of our guests, owners, management, and staff, we cannot be held responsible for any liability or costs resulting from death, injury, loss or damage suffered or in any such act caused to any person or personal property in any form whatsoever whilst on the premises or when participating in any form of activities including any games, sports, swimming, barbeque or cooking activities etc.
Please ensure that guests and visitors in your group are provided with adequate supervision, especially children.
FIRE HAZARDS AND NON-SMOKING ZONES
Guests are requested to adhere to this rule and be cautious and respectful to the consequences of fire. Charcoal fires are strictly only allowed in the designated barbeque area at the swimming pool.
• No charcoal fires are permitted in the apartments or on the verandas.
• Apartments are only allowed to have gas braais on the verandas.
• Lighting or activation of fireworks in any form, shape or size is strictly prohibited.
• Fire extinguishers are provided. Inform management if and when it was used.
• No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the apartments. Smoking is permitted only in open air zones e.g. on the verandas or at the braai area.
COMMON COURTESIES AND OBLIGATIONS
An OUTSIDE SHOWER is provided to wash of any beach sand. Please refrain from entering the apartment or swimming pool without rinsing of all beach sand first as it may cause damage to pool equipment and blockages of drainpipes.
Guests and visitors are requested to be considerate and cognizant of loud music or rowdiness and drunken, inebriated, intoxicated, disorderly or unruly conduct and behavior which will be unpleasant and an irritation and disturbance to other guests and neighbors alike.
We request that music be kept at an acceptable and reasonable decibel level. In the event of un-cooperation and continued refusal of guests complying with this rule, Beau Vista Body Corporate holds the right to take necessary actions to restore peace and quiet.
These NOTICES, RULES, COMMON COURTESIES, OBLIGATIONS AND CAUTIONS is as much for your protection, safety, and comfort as it is for other guests and visitors in the complex.
Beau Vista 3 endeavors and remains to be approachable and flexible and wish that our guests and visitors have not only a peaceful, safe, and comfortable rest and breakaway from home, but to enjoy the stay to the fullest and return home refreshed and rejuvenated.
