Important Information

Smoking: We have a non-smoking policy in all our rooms and the restaurant and would appreciate your kind consideration.

Meals: We offer a full English breakfast between 06:30 and 09:30 daily. We have an A-la-Carte Restaurant on site which serves dinner from 1800 to 2200 daily, except for Sundays. Room Service (beverages) is available from 1430 daily Room Service (food) is available from 1800 daily except for Sundays.

Valuables: Safes are available in all rooms or alternatively at Reception. Guests are advised to lock any valuables in the safe as Management will not be held responsible for the loss of any valuables.

Internet: We have an internet café in our lounge for the use of our guests or alternatively they can connect to the internet from their rooms via Wi-Fi (own notebook required). Vouchers are available from Reception for a small fee.

Parking: There is safe parking on the premises. Garages are not available but 24 hour security is provided. There is only one parking allocated per room.

Pets: Please note that we do not allow pets on the property. A talking Parrot and the cutest little Yorkshire terrier in a pink handbag are also regarded as pets.

Arrival and Departure Times: You can book into the room between 14:00 and 20:00 on the date of arrival. Please advise us timeously of late arrivals. We request that you vacate your room by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Reservations: Availability checks by phone only reflect the situation at the time of the call. No telephonic reservations are accepted and only a provisional reservation is made initially. A 20% deposit is required within 48 hours to confirm a provisional reservation. Provisional reservations will be cancelled automatically if the required 20% deposit is not received within 48 hours. Full payment of the outstanding amount is required 45 days prior to arrival. Please advise us of any special requests or conditions when making your reservation (baby, wheelchair, preferences as to which floor, etc).

Family Rooms: Should a party of two adults specifically request a family room due to the extra space it provides or due to the fact that is on the ground floor, a surcharge equal to the rate for one child between 3 – 12 years will be applicable. Should more than one child under the age of 3 years share a family room with the parents a surcharge equal to the rate for one child between 3 – 12 years will be applicable.

Child Policy: Child rates are only applicable if the children are sharing a Family Room with their parents or adults. If children occupy a Twin Room, they will be charged as adults irrespective of their ages. If one adult and one child occupy a Twin Room the following rates will apply (Single Adult rate for the applicable room + Child rate).
Activities: We do not offer any activities but our staff will gladly assist you with information and the booking of the various activities available at the coast.
