Important Information
• Check-in time: 15h00 – 20h00, Check-out time: 10h00.
• The guest hereby agrees to the occupation of the premises for their use as short term holiday
accommodation for the period as set out in the reservation and agrees to pay for the full period prior to
occupation.
• The number of guests is not to exceed the agreed and paid for total of guests.
• No parties or functions to be held without prior notice. No noise is permitted that may offend the neighbours
or contravene any law. All noise levels will be reduced to a minimum after 22h00.
• No pets allowed.
• BeachKaya is a non-smoking house. Please feel free to smoke outside but remember that our environment
does not like “butts” so please dispose of your “butt” in a bin.
• The guest shall keep the house and contents thereof in good condition and at check-out return the house and
contents in the same good condition as they were at check-in.
• We do clean on your departure but expect the house to be left the way your found it. Excessive cleaning will
be charged.
• Any breakage, excessive cleaning and/or lost keys costs will be communicated to the client upon
departure, or within 3 days of departure. The tenant agrees to pay for these costs within 3 days of
receiving them.
• There will be an R 500 charge for any keys not returned.
• The owners and management are not liable for any accidents or damage to yourself or your property.
A 30% deposit is payable to secure the booking. The remaining 70% are due 30 days before arrival.
• If booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required to secure the booking.
• Cancellation:
- 30% of total cost of stay will be withheld if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival
- 50% of total cost of stay will be withheld if cancelled 30 to 60 days prior to arrival
- 75% of total cost of stay will be withheld if cancelled 8 to 30 days prior to arrival
- 100% of total cost of stay will be withheld if no show or cancelled within 7 days of arrival
