1 minute to the beach. Lovely for one or two families with kids, a romantic escape for two as the King bedroom is upstairs, or a chilled getaway with friends. 3 en-suite bedrooms. The sunlight floods through the kitchen in the morning where you can enjoy your breakfast on the back balcony with an incredible view of the mountains & partial sea view. The living area with big 10 seater dining table is open plan with very comfy couches, lots of board games, docking station and blankets for chilly winter evenings. Wood burning fireplace. Scarborough is a small conservation village nestled on the edge of a nature reserve. It has a lovely long pristine beach with white sand and crystal clear water. Lots of rock pools for kids. Crawfishing and muscle picking allow with a permit.
There are two Golf Courses about 15 minutes away. One in Simons Town and one in Clovelly, which is next to Fish Hoek.
We have a bunk room specially design for kids. The big garden is safe and secure, with a fence and a grass area. 2 minutes walk to the beach. There are stairs and a balcony, toddlers do need to be watched.
Scarborough is the perfect place for a romantic escape. It is very quite, has epic sunsets and has 3 great restaurants for special occasions. The house is very well suited for couples as the King ensuite bedroom is upstairs.
The house is cleaned and sanitised before guests check in and check out. We cannout be held responsible for guests getting sick. If you have any syptoms or have had contact with anyone you will not be allowed to visit the house.

Important Information
Deposit Policy : Your reservation will remain available to you for 48 hours after you receive your invoice. 50% Deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is to be paid 20 days prior to arrival, if it is not paid we will consider this as a cancellation, unless special arrangements have been made with Beach Break directly.
If you book within 10 days of arrival the full amount must be paid.

Cleaning Fee = R600
Morning Cleaning service on request - 3hrs @ R300 per morning.
If staying for 5 days for more 1 morning cleaning is included every 4 days.
