One offers a separate bath and shower, whilst the other has a bath only. The Cosy Queen room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower only. The shared kitchen is fully equipped and accessible to all residents, while each room includes a bar fridge for personal use, complemented by a communal fridge in a central area for additional storage. The spacious backyard is ideal for relaxing or hosting small gatherings, with a small fee applicable, except on public holidays when guests are welcome at no charge within set limits. Meals can be arranged upon request at a charge, via a third-party company. For special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries or honeymooners, special requests can be accommodated upon advance request at a fee.

Secure garage parking is available for two vehicles, with additional parking space in the private yard or near the garage. Baseni Air Guest House is designed to make communal living effortless, respectful, and enjoyable.
