Cancellation policy
Please refer to the information below.The refund is based on the time frames/ notice period given by yourself. Cancellation period will be calculated from the day after cancellation is received and exculdes the day of arrival. This will be considered full and final settlement of any liability of any kind, however it may arise. relating to the cancellation.
Please note that there will be an admin fee of R350 charged on all cancellations.
If you cancel your booking following refunds will apply on payment received:
Cancellation received 30 days or more prior to arrival date (day of arrival not counted) 100% Refund ( Limited to amount paid)
• Cancellation received within 4 -2 weeks( 30-14 days) prior to arrival date (day of arrival not counted) = 50% refund
• Cancellation received between 14-7 days prior to arrival date (day of arrival not counted) = 30% refund
• Cancellation received 7 days or less prior to arrival date (day of arrival not counted) = 0% refund
• There will be no refunds for early departures or No Show.
