About Ballinderry, The Robertson Guest House

Located in the leafy residential part of Robertson this contemporary guest house is a feast for foodies and wine lovers. Ballinderry has seven luxury rooms, of which two are located by the pool, with direct access to the tropical garden with sun loungers and abundant bird life. All rooms have luxurious en-suite bathrooms as well as air-conditioning, satellite TV, tea and coffee facilities, fridge, safe, bathrobes and free Wi-Fi.

Ballinderry is centrally situated for a safe walk into town and only a short drive away from the 18 holes Robertson golf course and many of the well-known wineries of the Robertson valley.

Dinner is available from October to April, 5 nights a week (not on Wednesday and Saturday). Bookings are essential at least a day before arrival.

Covid Safety Approved: Infra-red temperature control & check-list upon check-in. PPE for trained staff. Handsanitizer available in communal areas. High hygienic standards, incl. 70% alcohol surface cleaning & hot cycle washing. Breakfast (hot & cold) served in room.

                  My boyfriend and I had a one night stay passing by on our way back to Cape Town. We were welcomed by the owners, Luc and Hilde. They were very friendly, helpful and so pleasant to be around. Our room was on the outside of the house, which had its own private entrance. It was very private and the room was clean, neat and luxurious. We arrived late the afternoon, had a swim just before dinner with a bottle of MCC that we brought with from Rosendal Winery.                   What a wonderful choice it is to stay at Ballinderry when spending time in Robertson. Centrally located with helpful and knowledgeable hosts. The décor is tasteful and rooms and bathrooms are luxurious. Our stay started with a swim and a snooze by the pool, our hosts then gave us a great restaurant recommendation for dinner. Breakfasts are delicious and a real treat, what everthe daily special is, try it! Thanks again to Luc and Hilda.
