This seaside lodge comfortably accommodates 10 guests in 4 bedrooms (8 adults and 2 children). Each of the 4 air-conditioned bedrooms has a luxurious king-size bed, which can be moved apart to become 2 single beds. The one-bedroom has an open loft with 2 single beds. One of the bedrooms has fold open doors that open up onto a private deck. Seaviews from the upstairs bedroom. The bathrooms are all en-suite comprising of a shower, a basin, and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.The house is a 75-meter

Important Information
**Please note that a 4x4 is required to reach the estate (You need to reduce tyre pressure by 1,2 - 1,5 bars max) No 2x4 vehicles will be permitted on the premises as they are damaging the roads on the estate.**
The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk.
STAFF TIP
The house is serviced daily by Precious and Vusi. There is a compulsory staff tip of R80 per day for Precious and R50 per day for Vusi. This includes your day of arrival and departure. If you are 7 or more people then an extra housekeeper is brought in and she must be paid R60 per day (incl. arrival and departure days). You can pay the staff cash on your departure date.
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
There is a R4000 refundable breakage deposit payable 1 month before your arrival and refunded to you within 2 weeks of your departure date.
EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm.
No pets are permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut-off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules the full breakage deposit will be retained.
