Important Information
**Please note that a 4x4 is required to reach the estate (You need to reduce tyre pressure by 1,2 - 1,5 bars max) No 2x4 vehicles will be permitted on the premises as they are damaging the roads on the estate.**
The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk.
LAUNDRY
Macici will do laundry if required at R120 per load.
STAFF TIP
Whilst the staff are paid a salary, gratuities are well received as they do work extremely hard to ensure that your stay in our Beach House is unforgettable for all the right reasons. Please don't be shy. Should you want either one of them to do ANYTHING else for you, please negotiate with them directly. They are both, of course, keen on earning a bit extra money.
If the group consists of more than 6 people, an extra helper is brought in at R125 per day . Please make sure you have cash to pay the staff.
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable 1 month before arrival and refunded within 14 days of departure.
EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm.
No pets are permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut-off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules the full breakage deposit will be retained.
