Guest’s visitors must be pre-arranged. Guests and guest’s visitors attend this establishment at their own risk. The guest hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including, but not limited to, that of theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature against the proprietor, whether arising from the proprietors default, negligence or otherwise. The guest/s in addition to the aforesaid hereby indemnify the proprietor’s against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise. All guests to present valid identity books or passports. Late check-ins must be pre-arranged and will be charged at R50 per hour up to 22h00 and R100 per hour thereafter, unless an agreement is made with the owner.
