Private 18-hole golf course is PGA-rated at 72. New clubhouse features all expected amenities, we provide caddies who will carry your bag with you (no golf carts). Please bring your own clubs and all equipment (we do not have a pro shop).
Mountain biking, fishing, game viewing, bird watching, two excellent mountain bike trails, please bring own mountain bikes. We have one double plastic kayak and paddles available. Please bring your own fishing gear along.

Important Information
Rates:
General:
Quoted, invoiced and payable in ZAR.
Inclusive of 15% VAT.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Babirwa Game Ranch is bookable on an exclusive use basis only.
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required when booking at Babirwa Game Ranch.
Cancellations:
Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgment of cancellations from reservations.
50% of fee if cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival.
100% of fee if cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation for medical reasons will require proof in the form of a valid detailed doctor’s certificate.
In the event of an early departure the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
Child Policy: On request
All children are welcome at Babirwa Game Ranch.
A maximum of 2 children (under 12) can be accommodated on a sleeper couch in a suite with 2 adults sharing.
Children from 12 years and older are considered adults and will require their own room.
Deposit & Payment:
Any discrepancies on the confirmation or invoice must be addressed with reservations within 7 days of issue.
Provisional bookings are subject to availability; i.e.: should we have limited suites available, only confirmed bookings will be accepted.
50% deposit payment is required at the time of booking.
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival in
Maximum Occupancies:
A minimum occupancy of 4 adults and up to 2 children is required to book 2 units.
The maximum occupancy for 2 units is 8 adults and 4 children; thereafter the exclusive use rate is applicable.
The maximum occupancy of the lodge on an exclusive use basis is 12 adults and 8 children sharing.
Rates are inclusive of:
Inclusive of accommodation, all meals, two game drives per day and selected local beverages, complimentary uncapped wireless access, private and secure parking. Any additional expenses to be settled upon departure.
Check-in and Check-out times:
Check in time is from 14:00.
Early check in times, if requested, will be considered, subject to the availability of rooms and may be subject to an additional charge.
All arrival times should be advised, particularly arrivals after 18:00.
Check out time is prior to 10:00. All requests for a late departure are subject to availability and may be subject to a late departure fee.
