Important Information

To confirm your booking, we ask that you pay a deposit of 50% of your full booking amount upon booking your stay. The remaining 50% of the total booking amount must be paid in full before or on arrival.

If you fail to pay your deposit with 48 hours, your booking will be cancelled, unless prior arrangements have been made directly with Aviva Accommodation.

We accept payment via EFT, Mastercard and Visa. We regret no cheques are accepted.
The credit card used to confirm and pay for a reservation is required to be presented on check-in. An imprint of this card will be taken by Aviva Accommodation on check-in, in order to prove the card was present and confirmed. We may require a copy of your ID upon arrival.

The latest check in time is 5pm due to reception hours, however, if you are arriving before 8pm, please contact us and we will try to assist with your check in after hours.It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that they inform reception of weekend arrivals and departures, and after 5pm arrivals on weekdays. Please email us directly with your arrival and departure schedule to ensure that we can welcome you into Aviva Accommodation upon your arrival.

Unfortunately, we do not allow for guests to check out of their rooms later than 11am on their departure dates. If your flight leaves later than 11am, you are more than welcome to relax and enjoy the communal lounge and outside area. Your luggage can be stored in the communal lounge while you are waiting to leave.

It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that they inform reception of weekend arrivals and departures, and after 5pm arrivals on weekdays. Please email us directly with your arrival and departure schedule to ensure that we can welcome you into Aviva Accommodation upon your arrival.

Please be advised that only paying guests are allowed into the premises. Under no circumstance can any non-paying guest enter the accommodation and only two adults are permitted to stay at Aviva Accommodation per room.

We offer 2 secured spots inside the establishment behind a closed gate. This is subject to availability and will work on a first-come, first-serve basis.

No smoking is permitted in the establishment for whatsoever reason. There are allocated smoking areas located outside the establishment for smoking guests.

We have installed a grey water/borehole system for our showers and toilet systems. However, please make sure to keep your water use to a minimum as the Western Cape is currently in a drought. We request that you please ensure to save water and keep your showers to a maximum of 5 minutes per person.

Whilst Aviva Accommodation and its employees will take utmost care, they cannot be held responsible for, and shall be exempt from any liability, loss, damage or injury to any person and/or his/her luggage and/or personal property.
