It’s not only about food and wine in Stellenbosch its about art, culture, history and well being.

Our Winelands home has been restored to welcome you and your loved one’s for a wonderful time. Cosy and welcoming interior awaits you with three bedrooms as well as a kids room all to make you feel extra welcome. Our kitchen is spacious making sure and fully equipped making sure you enjoy a long visit on the farm. Booking Terms and Conditions
Please read through the following information, as this is deemed to form part of your booking form, that you agree to and accept all terms and conditions of upon booking.
Check-In is possible from 14h00 and Check-Out time is by 10h00
Pre-Payment Policy
50% Deposit is required to secure your booking, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
100% Deposit required for 1 Night Stays
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking Allowed
No Parties
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 31 days or less prior to arrival, you are liable for 100% of the booking total
If cancelled 61 days or longer prior to arrival, you are liable for 50% of the booking total.
Early check out and no show - will forfeit full booking total
Parking
Kindly ensure that you park on the allocated parking spot. Failure to do so may result in Avemore Apartments incurring a fine which you would then be liable to pay. In the unlikely event that someone else has parked on your allocated spot, kindly take a picture of the vehicle registration number and send it to us so that we may report the matter.
Breakage Deposit
There is no breakage deposit required, but guests will be invoiced upon Check-Out, should there be any breakages or stains on furniture/linen, additional cleaning will be charged in extreme cases. Breakages are payable within 7 days of receiving your breakage invoice.
