Avemore apartments are family friendly, let us know if you need a crib, baby chair and bath. You are also most welcome to use the communal braai and pool area at our Le Verger Olive farm in the Devon Valley.

Check-In is possible from 14h00 and Check-Out time is by 10h00
Pre-Payment Policy
100% Deposit is required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, you are liable for 100% of the booking total
If cancelled 60-31 days prior to arrival, you are liable for 50% of the booking total.
An admin fee of up to 10% of the booking value is charged for cancellations made 61 days or more before arrival.
Early check out and no show - will forfeit full booking total
Parking
Kindly ensure that you park on the allocated parking spot. Failure to do so may result in Avemore Apartments incurring a fine which
you would then be liable to pay. In the unlikely event that someone else has parked on your allocated spot, kindly take a picture of the
vehicle registration number and send it to us so that we may report the matter.
Cleaning
The property you have booked is NOT SERVICED daily.
You will get a complimentary cleaning service and linen change for every 7 days you stay. Elana will be in touch to arrange this with
you
If you would like to book additional cleaning services and linen changes, these should be arranged and paid in advance.
Breakage Deposit
There is no breakage deposit required, but guests will be invoiced upon Check-Out, should there be any breakages or stains on
furniture/linen, additional cleaning will be charged in extreme cases. Breakages are payable within 7 days of receiving your breakage
invoice.
Load Shedding
Kindly note that due to the current loadshedding across South Africa we have implemented the following measures to keep you ascomfortable as possible during the outages. All electric gates are fitted with backup power supplies. Where possible we have inserted rechargeable light bulbs in the apartment (to ensure that they work during loadshedding it is adviseable to turn the lights on to charge when there is power). We also have backup power supplies on all of our Wifi routers to keep you connected.
Please also ensure that air conditioners are turned off when leaving the apartment.
