In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Atrium On Ulster in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Unfortunately, Atrium On Ulster is unable to accommodate bookings for stag/hen parties. Any such bookings will be cancelled, with no refund given. The hotel apologises for any inconvenience. Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged. Please note that this property cannot accept 'Toolies' or 'Schoolies'. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note noise must be kept to a minimum at the property between the hours of 21:00 and 08:00. Visitors of guests are not permitted in rooms after 21:00. Please note there is 1 car park space per unit. Extra cars will need to be parked off-site. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
