1. General Terms
Thank you for choosing Mercy Boutique Hotel. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are applicable to all reservations, whether made directly through our website, by phone, or via third-party booking platforms.
2. Reservation Confirmation
Reservations are verified after we receive a valid payment method or deposit and give you a confirmation email. Please check that the confirmation contains all the necessary information. Any modifications or mistakes should be reported immediately to the hotel.
3. Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-In: From 2:00 PM to 00:00
Check-Out: By 11:00 PM
An extension may be requested by visitors who would like to check in sooner or check out later, subject to availability and additional fees. Early or late check-ins and outs are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
4. Cancellation Policy
We are aware that plans sometimes change. Here is our cancellation policy:
Standard Rate: Full refunds are granted for cancellations notified 48 hours or more prior to of the planned arrival date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the booking.
Non-Refundable Rate: All reservations made at this rate are non-transferable. Cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for adjustments or refunds.
5. No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the reservation will be charged, and the room will be released. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
6. Payment Policy
Full payment is required at check-in unless a deposit is arranged. We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), debit cards, and cash.
5. Damages Policy
The room is subject to an inspection after checkout and if there are damages to the room, the guest is required to pay a damage. price may differ depending on the item that is damaged.
8. Identification and Age Policy
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and may require additional documentation or parental consent.
9. Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
10. Smoking Policy
@Mercy Boutique Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. A cleaning fee will be charged for any room that is found to have been smoked in during your stay.

Any changes to a reservation, including date adjustments, room upgrades, or special requests, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please notify the hotel at least 48 hours in advance of any changes to avoid cancellation penalties.
12. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action. In such cases, the hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the guest or offer alternative arrangements where possible.
13. Guest Conduct & Responsibility
Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner at all times. Any inappropriate behavior or disruptive conduct that affects other guests or the property may result in immediate eviction from the hotel without refund. The hotel reserves the right to charge for damages to the room or hotel property caused by the guest, either directly or indirectly.
14. Limitation of Liability
Mercy Boutique Hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. The hotel’s liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
