The property is not responsible for items lost misplaced in the apartments. For security reasons personal safes are provided in each apartment. Kindly inform the front office of any changes.

Cancellation Policy:
A 50% refund will be made for cancellations received 20 days before date of arrival, No refund thereafter. In an event of no show, Total cost/s of the stay will be billed to your credit card.

Guarantee Method:
We accept guarantee by Credit Card/ Bank Transfer/ Cash Deposit.

We have updated our policy relating to our guests receiving visitors, in order to continue to deliver excellent service and ensure the safety and security of you, our valued clients.
All visitors on arriving at the property, must register with the front desk.

Guests will be required to sign in their visitors at the front desk where they will complete a visitor slip stating their name, room name and name of the visitor.
