Please note that ATKV Resorts are family orientated resorts with small children visiting; so no loud noise or parties are allowed. Silence is enforced from 22h00 – 07h00 for the comfort of all our guests. No music is permitted at the resort from motor vehicles or private sound systems / equipment. Please note that you must be 18 years or older to make a reservation at ATKV Resorts.

By paying you confirm that:
- Your dates and accommodation type is correct.
- You will adhere to all terms and conditions as displayed on our website.
- Accepted credit/debit card payments: VISA and MasterCard
- We reserve the right to not refund credit/debit card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit/debit card or any nominated bank account via EFT to cover our bank charges.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS:
- Rates include 15% VAT and are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
- Rates may be changed without prior notice.
- Upon arrival you will be: Required to complete and sign the resort’s indemnity form / Issued with a vehicle permit.
- Admin Fee: For cancellations longer than 30 days prior to arrival an administration fee will be charged for the refund of the funds. This will increase annually on 1 March each year. Updated admin fees are available at reception.
- Group bookings apply when 5 or more units are booked. No group gatherings are allowed between units, groups must book a lapa/venue (subject to availability). Group deposits differ from regular bookings and will be levied additionally.
- Bookings allow for one vehicle per unit. Extra vehicles are charged for upon check-in.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Smoking in accommodation units are strictly prohibited. Please be advised that we are a family-oriented establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all accommodation units and buildings throughout the property. In accordance with the law, guests may face fines for non-compliance. Additionally, the use of “Hookah” or "Hubbly Bubbly" pipes is also not permitted anywhere on the property.
- Accommodation units are serviced daily.
- No pets are allowed, except guide dogs.
- No visitors allowed on property or in unit.
- No additional guests may be accommodated in units. E.g. 4 Sleeper; only sleeps 4 people (which can be any mix of Adults / Children) unless otherwise indicated. No additional children allowed in units.
- Own swimming towels and dishcloths must be provided. Only accepted swimwear will be allowed.
- No motorbikes or ATV four-wheelers are allowed at the resort.
- Restaurant on-site
- We do host conferences at the Resort from time to time.
