House Rules:
i This is a no smoking flat. If you are a smoker please do not smoke in the flat or balcony. A room recovery fee of R1500 will be charged for professional cleaners to clean & laundry the apartment
ii We expressly asked that no large parties are to be held at the premises as the home forms part of an exclusive residential area and that the atmosphere of the area is upheld at all times and that noise levels are kept down.
iii Any extra deductions, extra housekeeping services not arranged, room recovery fee in the event of smoking, breakages, etc will be deducted from the breakage deposit which is payable 5 days before arrival.
The unit is fully equipped for you to enjoy a relaxing holiday and we provide an initial supply of toilet paper and dish detergent. We do not replenish additional products during your stay. Clean bed linens are also provided. Please bring your own towels and beach towels.
All food and drink spills need to be cleaned up immediately. Food and drink spills on furnishings are considered to be damage not normal wear and tear.

There is a comprehensive guide in the unit of the home and the area and inventory for you upon your personal check in. The inventory must be completed to prevent unwanted charges for missing items or a delay in the refund of your breakage deposit.
