Ashley On Beach 1108 Penthouse Style is on the top floor and offers a 180-degree sea view, overlooking False Bay coast as far as Table Mountain on a clear day. This self-catering apartment is located in a secure complex, situated on Beach Road in Strand.

This top-floor, fully furnished apartment comprises two bedrooms and one bathroom. The main bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. Bath and beach towels are provided. The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge, a gas stove, a microwave, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher.

The open-plan living area has a four-seater dining table, and a comfortable lounge area overlooking the beach. The TV features Netflix, Showmax and Premium DSTV channels. Lovely sea and Table Mountain views can be admired from the windows of both the main bedroom, kitchen and lounge. Free, uncapped Wi-Fi Internet is available.

The complex also offers a coin-operated laundry facility, communal braai facilities, a tennis court, and secure undercover parking with ample parking for visitors.

This apartment is styled with elegance and is fully equipped with all your comforts, namely percale white linen, snag-free white towels, beach towels, heater, fan, extra blankets, coffee plunger, milk and rusks,

The building is situated directly opposite the beach, close to popular restaurants, supermarkets and a public swimming pool area. This apartment offers spectacular views and sunsets and is ideal for a family holiday and business travellers.

Guests can enjoy a nine-kilometer walk, jog or cycle along the promenade or on the beach sand. There are coffee shops along the way, as well as refreshing soft-serve ice cream outlets. The apartment is 34 kilometers from Cape Town International Airport, 22 kilometers from Stellenbosch, situated a few kilometers from Somerset West Shopping Mall and the Stand Golf Club.

Beach: Melkbaai, Beach is well known for swimming, fishing and surfing.

Golf: Strand Golf Course is within 3 km from apartment.

Family friendly: Safety is important to our establishment. We have fenced grass braai areas and tennis court. All entry and exit points are operated with an access disc.
