Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Arthouse Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Non-residents will not be permitted into the hotel. Please note that the hotel will not accept guests under the age of 18, unless accompanied by a parent. Please note that a security deposit is required on arrival and must be paid by card, as cash is not accepted. The amount of this deposit will vary depending on the type of room booked. The deposit is GBP 50 per couple per room, and GBP 50 per person thereafter. This is held during your stay and released 3-14 days after check out. The Security deposit for the Deluxe Studio is GBP 400, and for the Studio with Terrace GBP 500. This will be confirmed in your confirmation email. POLICY_CHILDREN All children are welcome. There is no capacity for cots in the room. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. POLICY_HOTEL_INTERNET WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge. POLICY_HOTEL_PARKING Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs GBP 10 per day. POLICY_HOTEL_PETS Pets are not allowed.
