Important Information
PAYMENT POLICY: To secure all reservations a % of the total reservation amount is payable on or before the expiry date as stipulated on our quote sent, the balance plus the damages/breakages/theft/late departure deposit is payable 5 days before arrival.
It is important to note that keys will not be handed over until all outstanding fees are paid in full.
CHILDREN: Children welcome. One (1) child under the age of two (2) sharing with the parents in a camping cot stays free. All other from the age of two (2) years of age pay full price.
DAMAGES/BREAKAGES/THEFT/LATE DEPARTURE DEPOSIT: Equal to 1 nights stay.
If any, all damages, breakages and theft will be deducted from your breakage deposit. Any persons who do not adhere to our check out time a late departure fee will be deducted from your damages/breakages/theft/late departure deposit.
The remainder of the deposit will be deposited into your bank account 48 hours after your departure. Please ensure that we do have your correct bank details.
OVERCROWDING: Our bedrooms accommodate maximum 2 people per bedroom. In order to secure the comfort and safety of all our guests we do not allow anybody to sleep on couches or mattresses on the floor. The maximum number of persons including children may not exceed the number as agreed upon with reservation. Should we find overcrowding the entire party will be evicted without any refund.
VISITORS: Unauthorized visitors are prohibited. The facilities at Aqua Vista are strictly for the enjoyment of our paying guests. No visitors allowed on the premises unless pre-approved by Management/owners. Visitors to park outside the premises - please ensure you advise your pre-approved visitors
AQUA VISTA IS NOT A PARTY VENUE: We are situated in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. It is important that our guests are respectful to each other and our neighbours and therefore we do not allow loud music or excessive noise.
PARKING: Strictly for overnight paying guests. One parking bay is allocated per unit. Please bear with us during busy times and ensure that you park without obstructing the roadway and driveway.
SMOKING/CANDLES/INCENSE: Aqua Vista has a strict NO SMOKING policy inside all units. No burning of candles or incense indoors.
CLEANING OF UNITS: On request at additional fee a cleaning company can be provided depending on availability (except for Sundays and Public Holidays). Servicing does NOT include washing dishes.
LINEN: If your self catering reservation period is longer than 5 days we will have someone to change the linen on a pre-arranged day and time.
