Angela’s Guest Lodge is a self-catering guest house and lodge situated in the Gariep Dam Holiday Village. Gariep Dam Village was voted “South Africa’s tourist town of the year" in 2010 and is situated approximately halfway between Cape Town and Johannesburg, and only a couple of minutes off the N1 highway, 44 km north of Colesberg.Angela’s Guest Lodge is ideally suited to the weary traveller wanting a stopover or the guest who wants to spend some extra days enjoying all that the Karoo and Gariep Dam area has to offer. Important Information
You agree that by acceptance of a quote you are liable for a 100% deposit. Please note that there are no direct views of the dam from the lodges. Although we will do our best to book you into the unit specified, unforeseen circumstances may result in allocation to a different unit. All units are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. A cost of R75 per day is applicable to day visitors. All guests have access and usage of the pool, and children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision. The guest house complex closes at 21:30 and any late arrivals stand to lose their accommodation if no late arrival arrangements have been made with our manager by phoning him/her before 19:00. Although management respects your rights to privacy, due to the nature and situation of the guest house, disturbances from persons or other guests could occur and management has no control over that. Management has taken steps to provide reasonable security for its guests, Angela’s Lodge cannot be held responsible for theft or damage to guests' property. Management cannot be held responsible for the failure of electronic items such as air-conditioners or TVs.
