TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Rates:
• Rates are person and NOT PER ROOM. Additional charges will apply for extra guests not paid for.
General:
• We do not accept "provisional bookings."
• Reservation can only be confirmed once proof of payment has been received.
• Arrival time is after 15:00 till 19.00
• Additional charges of R150 will apply for arrivals later than 19.00
• Departure time not later than 10:00
• If you wish for alternative times, please arrange in advance - additional charges may apply.
Cancellation policy:
• Request for cancellations should be received by e-mail 30 days before arrival date to qualify for a refund
• No refunds allowed for cancellations on shorter notice or in case of a "no show"
• Payments received will be refunded after deducting a 5% handling fee
We regret:
• No smoking is allowed in any of the buildings
• No pets are allowed
