Amberdale Estates Self-Catering Units: Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement to Terms By checking into Amberdale Estates (the "Property"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these terms, do not access or use the Property.
2. Occupancy
The guest(s) agree that no more than the number of people specified at booking shall occupy the unit without prior approval of the management.
The units are to be used for residential purposes only and not for any commercial activity.
3. Payment and Fees
Full payment is required upon booking.
A security deposit may be charged to cover any damages or extra cleaning services required after the stay.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out must be by 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with the management.
5. Rules and Conduct
Guests are expected to keep the unit clean and tidy and to leave the unit in a similar condition to when they arrived.
Smoking is not allowed inside the units. A designated smoking area may be used outside the units.
No pets are allowed without prior permission from the management.
6. Liability
The management is not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, losses or theft that occur during the stay.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
7. Privacy
Guest information is collected only as necessary to comply with local laws and to provide services requested by the guests. This information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties unless required by law.
8. Breach of Terms
Any breach of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your stay and forfeiture of any payments made.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or your stay at the Property will be handled through mediation or, failing that, legal proceedings in South Africa.
11. Changes to Terms
Amberdale Estates reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By using the facilities at Amberdale Estates, guests are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
