Amani Beach House is a Lamu-style home available as a two-bedroom property with a further bedroom in an outer cottage. The property features a large swimming pool and spectacular views of the mouth of Mida Creek and further out to sea. There is also access from the plot to the small tidal Mida Short beach below. Important Information
The upstairs bedrooms are kept for the owners' use only but bookings are never taken when the owners are in residence. Where a cook is not included in the house, a casual can be provided at an additional cost of Ksh 1,000/- per day, payable with the rent. All houses include sheets, towels and mosquito nets appropriate for the numbers of people allowed in the house. Each bathroom will initially have one toilet roll and a single soap. It is the tenant’s responsibility to replace these once they run out. Whilst there is soap powder for the washing of household linens etc, it is not for personal items. The tenant must provide soap powder, fabric softener etc if they wish the staff to wash their personal items. Please note that check-out is at 10am - late check-outs must be requested and will be charged at 50% of the nightly rate.
