Important Information
* No cash deposits will be accepted; otherwise, an extra fee will apply (EFT Payments only).
* Lunch packs are available, but only include 1 soft drink. This needs to be booked in advance.
* Prior arrangements must be made with management if a guest will be arriving late. Meals are not refundable.
* Only pre-payment is allowed. No Bill Back vouchers will be accepted. If a bill-back voucher is given, the guest will be responsible for payment on arrival.
* No guest will be checked in if we have not received pre-payment/proof of payment or credit card details.
* Parking is at your own risk.
* No-show - no refund
* Early departures - no refund
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
