The self catering accommodation options on the farm include 2 large Cape Dutch farmhouses for families or groups or friends (not pet friendly), 2 delightful private smaller cottages, Riverside and Weavers (Pet Friendly), as well as 7 fully equipped retro caravans in our Rocklands Donkey Camp (Pet Friendly). Guests can unwind by the swimming pool, relax on the island in our beautiful dam (or paddle with our kayaks), enjoy several hiking trails and a visit to the farm's country winery and olive shed. Important Information
A non refundable 50% deposit will secure your booking, balance needs to be paid on arrival

- For cancellation up until 7 days prior to the expected arrival the guest will be liable for the full amount.
- Refunds of deposits/prepayments for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependent of the ability to re let rooms.
Please note: We have a strict cancellation policy to protect us against cancellations. We are a small establishment and cannot make up business lost.
We have some pet Friendly units, and well behaved dogs are welcome at a charge of R200 per pet per stay as long as this has been arranged when booking. No Pets allowed in the Homestead or Old Farm House.
Please note we have free-range chickens and 4 friendly farm dogs.
No smoking in any of our caravans or cottages. We also request that they be left in a respectful manner upon check out.
Please report any breakages so that we can bill accordingly.
We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee should any of the units be left in a poor state.

All activities done on or around Alpha Excelsior are done at your own risk, and Alpha Excelsior does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to property.
Please be mindful that there are animals and children on the farm and keep to a speed limit of 25km/hr.
