We have 18 lovely sea and non-sea facing rooms for you to choose from. Important Information
ALANTE LODGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Applies to Corporate or Leisure bookings:
A Non-refundable 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving the quotation: This will secure the accommodation thus securing the reservation.
Balance of the deposit is required 14 days prior to arrival unless special arrangements have been made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, any deposits or prepaid amount is forfeited.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, any deposits or prepaid amount is forfeited.
We reserve the right to cancel a Group Booking without Liability to you if the balance (or, as applicable, the total price of your booking) is not paid by the due date.
R 300.00 admin fee is deducted from refunds.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to process.
Only persons quoted for are permitted entry.
Should you have visitors, please notify Reception FIRST. Visitors must be announced at reception and sign in our guest Check-in book. Visitors must vacate the premises BEFORE 10pm on the day of their visit. We reserve the right to decline entrance onto our premises.
Should you have any additional guests, other than the number of guests quoted and paid for, you will be charged for the extra guests.
Lost key and remote charge is R 350.00.
We are a Bed and Breakfast Lodge therefore no cooler boxes, alcohol or meals are permitted in the bedrooms. We ARE NOT self-catering and do not allow this as we have a licensed bar and restaurant.
We require a list of all guests’ names and ID documents at least 7 working days before arrival.
Please kindly note that should the deposit not be received on confirmation of the booking, the booking will be considered cancelled.
