Important Information
Prerequisites for occupancy:
All guests must complete and sign a guest registration form stating that he/she has read, understand and will abide by these terms and conditions of occupancy:
1. All guests will be required to provide a valid passport, ID/Omang. Which may be copied and kept on record;
2. All outstanding fees for accommodation must be paid in full at check-in on arrival date of the booking;
3. Check out time is before 10am on the date of departure;
4. Customer will be responsible and liable for any damage or loss of property during the period of occupancy;
5. Any lost or unreturned keys will incur a charge per key.
6. Unruly/unsociable behavior – should guests or visitors of the guests become unruly in any manner, resulting in complaints or, at management’s discretion, disturbing other guests, African Home retain the right to terminate this agreement resulting in eviction with no refund of monies paid. Please not that we have a zero tolerance policy towards antisocial behavior and loud noise;
8. Breakfast is served between 7am and 9am and thereafter the client would have forfeited his/her breakfast; One person per room is entitled for free breakfast. Additional breakfast will be charged an extra cost per person;
9. Only a maximum of two people per room is allowed, unless with prior arrangement with the management.
