* Quiet hours are between 22h00 and 06h00.
* This is a Nature Reserve with roaming animals - when walking around please exercise caution. An indemnity form will need to be completed on arrival.
* Check in is between 14h00 and 19h00. Late arrivals to be communicated prior to check in day.
* Smoking is only allowed in specific, designated areas.
* A Refundable Breakage Deposit of R1000 is payable on arrival (a card machine is available).
* Daily cleaning is available on request.
