Remember that you will be staying on a working farm which often includes and hosts livestock and/or wild animals as well as potentially dangerous farm equipment amongst other hazards. Also, you must be aware that some of the camp equipment (such as the wood stove or hot tub) may be dangerous if misused. Whilst we and your host farmers take great care to keep you safe, accidents can happen and neither we nor the farm is responsible for such accidents (to the greatest extent permitted by law). It is your responsibility to supervise any children. If you notice that any equipment looks faulty and/or unsafe you must inform the host farmer as soon as possible.

These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations, directly or indirectly made with AfriCamps. AfriCamps will not be bound to any inadvertent or obvious errors in the prices published on websites and hereby undertakes to inform its clients as soon as possible of any errors via e-mail and to correct any errors as soon as possible thereafter on the website. 15. Assumption of Risks
Please be aware that you will be staying on a working farm, which may include livestock, wild animals, and potentially dangerous farm equipment, among other hazards. Additionally, some of our camps are located on game reserves where wild animals roam freely. While these experiences offer a unique connection to nature, they also carry inherent risks which may include animals attacking you if you fail to take the necessary precautions. Guests accept full responsibility for their own safety and that of any children in their care while at the camp.

Certain camp equipment—such as wood stoves, fire pits, and hot tubs—may pose risks if misused or if used in a reckless manner (i.e. you might be burned if you don’t exercise the necessary precautions). While we and your host farmers take great care to ensure your safety, accidents may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor the host farmers accept liability for any such accident/incident that may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to supervise children at all times. If you become aware of any equipment that appears faulty or unsafe, you must inform the host farmer thereof immediately.
