About Admiralty B&B

Admiralty B&B is an award winning architect-designed home located on Cannon Island in Marina da Gama. The establishment overlooks the tranquil water of the Zandvliei Estuary, just minutes from the fabulous bathing beaches of the False Bay coastline.

A birdwatcher's and water enthusiast’s paradise. Make yourself at home in one of two tastefully decorated lounges or chill on the sun deck, by the swimming pool in the courtyard or in our shady terraced garden. We have an extensive library, as well as boats, bicycles, and paddle skis available for guests use.

Admiralty offers six en-suite rooms where you can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. Each room contains tea and coffee-making facilities, hairdryers and pool towels. In some of the rooms, an additional bed can be provided for a family of four.

We also offer a laundry service on request. Your hosts can help arrange airport transfer, assist with booking tours and information, offer advice on local restaurants and help plan adventure and sporting activities.

                              Enchanting! Beautifully positioned on the water, its spacious interior is beautifully decorated in simple clear lines, Caribbean meets Cape with African references, great books, a pedalo for exercise and even an old family piano. Mary and Russell (and the deliciously eccentric dog Zulu) made us welcome with a great breakfast and some local insights that have sold us on living there. We'd certainly return.
