Important Information

Guests must agree to our House Rules before they book:

The gate stays closed and locked at all times, even if just parking outside to just come and collect something in flat that you maybe forgot.
The lock are always pointing inside, and make sure the gate is latched and locked properly.
When opening the gate please make sure to hook each gate in the brackets provided to prevent damage to vehicle when driving out, especially when conditions are windy. (We do not take responsibility for damage to a vehicle caused by not adhering to this rule.)
NO loose items in the outside garbage bin. ONLY closed black bags PLEASE
Please "SAND-OFF" at the beach before returning here, or either here outside unit before entering the unit.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING allowed inside units!! Outside is no problem. But please do not throw around cigarette buds, rather use ash trays provided
Please make sure all lights, inside and out, fans and TV are off before leaving the unit for your day out.
Windows and doors are left open on OWN risk! We will not take responsibility for any damage done by monkeys entering the unit while you are away, or any damage caused by strong winds to windows left open.
When the couches in living area are used for sleeping purposes, please use bedding provided in the wagon chest to protect the mattresses.
No unauthorized entry is allowed beyond the 2 gates leading into the main house where we stay. If you need anything or need to speak to us, please contact us via whatsapp or calling us.
Please do not open the gate for anybody, or let anybody enter the premises that you do not know. NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY!! If we did not arrange with our guests such action, it is not allowed. PLEASE contact us if anyone want access when we are not home and you are here.
Please do not leave the keys of your unit with the guests in the other unit when you URGENTLY need to "pack and go" and we are not here. Contact us and we will make arrangements. If you can't reach us rather lock the unit and throw keys inside the unit through window.
When any damage is done or something broken, PLEASE do not rectify it on your own! Communicate with us and we sort it out that way. If you maybe break something and you see the EXACT SAME THING while shopping it is not a problem if you replace it. But please, do not for instance break our blue mop bucket and go and buy a grey bucket that looks different. IT WILL GO HOME WITH YOU!!
Check-out time is NOT LATER THAN 09H00. If not arranged for earlier than 09h00 check-out, general inspection of unit will be done at 8h30, else at arranged time. Breakage deposit will automatically be forfeited without any notification if unit is left unreasonably untidy. NO DIRTY DISHES ALLOWED ON DAY OF DEPARTURE. Breakage deposit amount to be paid back will be determined after cleaning and all discrepancies have been handled, and paid back via EFT or cash deposit. Breakage deposit will be processed up to 7 DAYS (especially during peak season).
NOTHING on the attached "Check-in Inventory/Inspection List" is allowed to leave this premises, meaning go outside the front gate.
We want you to enjoy your time here and your holiday, saying this we don't have a problem if you play music when you have a braai, and enjoy your time! The only thing we ask is that you will respect your neighbors in the other unit at all times please.
The WIFI information will be available in your Unit Brochure upon arrival.

When entering our premises you and yours do so entirely at your own risk. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any injuries to persons or damage to property whatsoever.
