We would love for guests and family to enjoy their holiday and experience a great time in McDougalls bay. We request very kindly to read through the rules of the house as followed:
Our property owners are very strict about the number of overnight guests. The number of people staying must not exceed what was initially booked. If additional guests will be staying, please inform us immediately so we can adjust the pricing. Children over the age of 2 are counted as part of the guest total.
Additionally, the number of visiting, non-overnight guests must not exceed 9 at any time.
Any damages or losses during your stay must be reported and will need to be reimbursed at replacement value.
Please note that this booking does not include cleaning services during your stay, only upon check-out.
I, as agent, Marlize will forward you pin to location on the day of check-in, where you can pick up the keys for holiday house, 5 Ster.
Please ensure that all fires are contained within the braai area and are not left unattended No l loud music at any time or unruly behavior, offensive language, rowdiness or drunkenness will not be tolerated. This is a family orientated Neighborhood. Parties at these premises are strictly forbidden. If complaints are received in this regard, we can cancel your accommodation/lease immediately with no refund. Please note that Neighbours must be taken in consideration.
Note also after booking has been confirmed by both party’s tenant cannot change period of stay to a shorter period as these dates were kept open on calendar by agent for tenant. No refund for early departures for any reason. No refund on cancelation of booking 3 days before booking in.
Checking in and out time as follows: Check in time 14:00H or no later than 20:00 (make special arrangement with me if book in later than 20:00H.) Check out time: 10:00 Check out, please deliver keys to my post box next to my office
