★★★★★ The elevator was not operational for our entire stay. This meant walking up 11 flights of stairs each time we left the apartment.

★★★★★ The accommodation was very nice but alot of things were not working (can opener, broom) and the gas braai was filthy. The attitude of the staff of the agency where we picked up the keys was terrible and we won't be booking anything with them again. The owners of the agency did come through to check out our complaints but we have yet to receive any apology from the staff in question

And the times the water is running, the pressure is so low as to make it impossible to take a decent shower.
