As an end unit, it features its own private alcove entryway that is accessed via a short pathway from the main parking area. Once inside, you’ll discover heated tile floors that provide luxurious warmth to your feet! Just off of the entryway, the bedroom features two-sets of standard sized bunk beds. In addition, there is one full bath equipped with modern fixtures, countertops, and remember those heated flooring, well you’ll find them there too! There is also a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer, and a fully equipped galley style kitchen complete with a dishwasher and a Jenn Air range/oven. Stepping down two steps into the living/dining area reveals a tastefully furnished and configured living/dining area with a breakfast bar and four stools, a flat screen monitor, a gas fireplace to cozy up to and access to a small balcony where you can hear the river rushing by. This Wi-Fi equipped, monitored family vacation property will sleep two to four-persons, enforced maximum occupancy.

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on three sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year- round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free Wi-Fi, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
