Important Information

* The cardholder/ID/Passport is required at check-in.
* The credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.

Please take care of the premises like you would take care of yours, or even better.
* Absolutely no smoking inside the unit or building.
* Arrival time is after 14h00. Early check-in can be arranged, subject to availability.
* Departure is before 10h00.
* When leaving the premises, please lock the door. This also applies to your departure.
* Use coasters when placing drinks on the furniture.
* Do not eat on the beds; please eat at the dining table. Please report stains immediately.
* If you break anything, please inform us and settle the cost of replacement with us.
* Occupancy at any time, for any reason, is limited to the number of persons agreed upon as per your reservation.
* No pets or living creatures other than human beings are allowed on the premises, and any such must immediately be removed and reported to us. Except if provided for otherwise and with consent.
* Vehicles must be parked in the reserved areas and not on the grass.
* Washing of vehicles and/or equipment on the premises is prohibited.
* Please keep the noise levels low and respect your neighbours.
* Do not move the furniture around in the premises, and do not take it outside.
* Make fires only in places provided (braai area).
* Upon departure, please make sure that the unit is generally tidy and all the electrical appliances are switched off, e.g. lights, TV, fan, etc.

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
