The living/dining area includes a passthrough breakfast bar with two stools, a dining table with three chairs, a comfy hide-a-bed, a gas fireplace to cozy up to, and a small balcony overlooking Mother Nature’s splendor. There’s also a convenient ½-bath. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-king-sized bed, a laundry cubby with a full-size stack washer and dryer, and a full bath. This tastefully furnished, monitored end-unit condo is WIFI-equipped and will sleep 2 to 4 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River, which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts, and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, a ping pong table, and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas, a children’s play structure, and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
