PLEASE NOTE: This vacation property is accessed via a long and steep gravel driveway that can be impassable during times of inclement weather conditions. Designated parking is permitted at the end of the driveway and is highly recommended. Important Information
An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is required to reserve. The remaining balance is due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled arrival date, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in.
House Rules:
1. We do not accept any bookings starting on December 25th or January 1st.
2. Guest making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age. ID required at time of check-in.
3. Guest is required to endorse a Guest Rental Agreement.
4. Housekeeping services are not available during your stay.
5. A credit card number is required on all rentals as a security/damage deposit and Guest/Cardholder shall be charged for any damages and/or unnecessary housekeeping as per the Guest Rental Agreement.
6. All Guests must be respectful of their neighbors at all times.
7. Quiet Time is from 10:00PM to 8:00AM
