The Credit card used to pay the 50% deposit needs to be produced at check-in, as well as a copy of the owner's passport or ID document.

No parties/events, disturbances or rowdy behavior allowed. Guests who break this rule will be asked to vacate the premises.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay over.
Maximum occupation limits of 2 guests and 2 visitors per suite.
Hosts must be notified of visitors. Visitors will not be allowed on the premises after 22h00.
Late check-outs without permission will incur a fee.
Towels are not to be used for make-up removal. Irremovable stains will incur a fee.
No hair-dye or fake tan allowed in suites.No eating or drinking on white linens or furnishings.
No illegal substances or illicit behavior permitted on-premises.
A fee may be claimed for damage to property or lost keys.
Breaking house rules may lead to the immediate cancellation of bookings without compensation. If breaking house rules leads to a guest cancellation then the person responsible will be liable for this loss in revenue.
