3 on Cliff is a lovely thatched lodge situated in Mabalingwe Nature Reserve, surrounded by nature with beautiful views of the reserve. This tastefully furnished, triple-storey lodge can accommodate 10 adults and 2 children (12 years and younger). The location offers access to Elements Golf Course and Zebula Golf Course.The lodge comprises 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a loft bedroom. Important Information
A breakage deposit equal to one nights' rental will also still be added to the invoice after confirmation of booking. This breakage deposit will be refunded within 5 days of departure if no breakages occurred. All breakages will be deducted from this deposit.
Guests must check in between 14:00 and 18:00 and check out between 8:00 and 10:00.
Children are welcome. Young children must be under the supervision of their parents at all times.
No stag or hen groups.
No matriculation parties.
No bachelor parties.
No pets are allowed under any circumstances.
Music will only be allowed until 9 pm.
Smoking is only allowed in some of the open air areas.
As the house is situated in a Nature Reserve, all persons using the house will have to sign an indemnity form which will be emailed on receipt of deposit.
Please note that baboons, monkeys and various other animals roam freely. Keep all doors and windows securely closed and locked when out, not in sight or when checking out. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the whole breakage deposit.
Added Extras:
A daily cleaning service is available at R350.00 a day.
A game drive vehicle is available at R950.00 per day. (This vehicle has to be booked for the entire duration of your stay. All fuel, flat tyres and call outs will be for your own account.)
