Important Information

TERMS OF RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION
Greenwoods observes the following terms and conditions for reservation of accommodation and services. These conditions are binding for both parties from the moment the guest makes a reservation.
THE RIGHT OF ENTRANCE IS RESERVED.

1. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
Deposit
To secure a reservation a deposit of 50% of the total reservation cost must be paid. A confirmation notice will then be sent to the guest. A key and towel deposit of R 300 is payable on arrival and will be refunded when the keys and towels are returned.
General payment terms
The balance is payable 7 (seven) days before the occupation date.

2. RECEIVING AND USING ACCOMMODATION, RETURNING THE KEY
Check-in is between 15:00-20:00. The keys must be returned to the reception by 10:00. Keys are collected from Greenwoods reception. You must inform the reception of a late arrival and arrange separate delivery.
Entrance to the premises is only possible by calling +27768376003. The chalets will be cleaned and linen changed every 3rd day. Guests may request that the cleaning and/or linen changed be postponed till the next scheduled cleaning date.

3. NUMBER OF GUESTS
The chalet must not be used by more people than specified in the reservation. An additional amount of R 300 per person is payable if more than the prescribed number occupies the accommodation.

4. COMPENSATION OF DAMAGE AND LOST ITEMS
The customer is responsible for the contents of the rented chalet during the rental period. The customer is liable to compensate Greenwoods for any damage caused to the property or its contents during the rental period. Greenwoods is not responsible for the guest’s personal effects kept in accommodation or other premises or which are left in the accommodation.

5. COMPLAINTS
Any complaints about the reserved services or the condition of the chalet must be expressed by the guest immediately to Greenwoods after they arise. In such cases, the problems addressed as early as possible during the stay.

Guests must always behave in such a way that they do not cause offense to other guests or staff. No loud music or shouting will be tolerated. The quietness of the property must be maintained. The RIGHT OF ENTRANCE IS RESERVED and guests may be asked to leave if their conduct is not acceptable to management. In such an event the guest will still be liable to pay for the entire booking period.

6. SMOKING, PETS
Smoking indoors is forbidden in all Self-Catering chalets. No pets are allowed.

7. CANCELLATION
Cancellation within 7 days of stay – full reservation cost is payable.
