Rates are inclusive of all taxes and levies. Rates apply for a maximum of two adults sharing.. Rates does not include cleaning services whilst staying in the apartment. The daily rate does include Internet/ Wi-Fi and DSTV (extra view) . Guests will be liable in full for all damages to the apartment or any items that are missing. A Breakage Deposit of R2000 is payable on arrival. We take no liability for guest safety and security whilst staying at 236 Eden On The Bay. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony of the apartment. Full payment of the apartment must be received 14 days prior to arrival. Should the booking be made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, 100% prepayment will be required.
