2) Breakage / Security Deposit
A security / breakage deposit of R 1000-00 is payable in advance (will be noted on quotation) the security / breakage deposit will be held against the cost of any damages, refunded within 10 days of departure
3) Arrival and Departure Times:
Unless otherwise advised, check-in times are normally at 2pm on the day of arrival and check-out times are at 10am on the day of departure. Requests for an early check-in or late departure are always subject to availability. In order to guarantee this, an additional charge of 50% of one nights rental cost for the property will be payable in advance.
4) Keys:
Keys and a remote control for the electronic gate has to be collected as per arrangement prior to arrival.
5) Laundry:
A cleaning service is available at an additional daily cost. Please advise if you require such a service.
6) DSTV
High Tide is equipped with a satellite dish and should you require access, bring your own decoder.
7) Maximum number of guests:
The maximum number of guests may not exceed 6.
