Important Information
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of the invoice date in order to confirm the reservation. The balance payment is due 45 days prior to the date of arrival.
We reserve the right to cancel reservations without notice if the full balance is not received within 30 days of the arrival date.
6 weeks notice - 100% of full reservation amount.
6-12 weeks notice - 50% of full reservation amount.
12 weeks or more notice - deposit forfeited.
Children over 12 years of age are welcome at 21 Nettleton. This does not apply to exclusive use reservations.
