18 Romulus House offers space to stay and relax. Excellent service is our goal while providing a stunning experience. We are situated on a hill so you can wake up in the morning and enjoy the views of the Helderberg, Gordon's Bay, False Bay and Cape Town's Table Mountain. On offer are three lovely decorated and furnished double rooms. All three rooms have access to a living room with sofas, a library and a home entertainment system. Important Information
We don't mind check-in times. Minimum stay is one day and we charge per day or part thereof. Even though we are very flexible, we have to include the following section:
All bookings taken are subject to the full standard booking terms and conditions, a copy available on request.
By acceptance of any travel voucher the client and the client’s agent also accepts all the booking terms and conditions.
A confirmed booking request will be valid for five days.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within this period to guarantee the reservation. Until this payment has been made, the reservation cannot be guaranteed.
The full balance due is payable 30 days prior to arrival date. No refund will be given to guests leaving prior to booked departure date.
The company reserves the right to cancel any reservation without notice, should the full standard terms and conditions policy not be adhered to. In the event of any changes, delays or factors out of the company’s control, the company will not be held liable for any costs what so ever, and any costs incurred - not limited to: charters, unscheduled accommodation, meals and communication costs - must be settled directly to the third party establishments by the client.
Children sharing with parents - maximum of two children - shall be charged 50% of the adult sharing rate – subject to availability of a suitable room.
In case of damage of the company's asset, it is to be covered by the guests if their insurance does not settle the cost within 30 days. Extra services can be requested and shall be paid cash one side before departure.
