Important Information
* Full payment is due 30 days before arrival
* Rates are based on a per person sharing or per person single per night basis.
* Inclusions: Accommodation, all meals, 2 x daily game drives, selected beverages, conservation levies and complimentary snacks
* Exclusions: Airport transfers, premium beverages, additional activities, items of a personal nature, travel insurance, curio purchases, Kosher services and surcharges and gratuities.
*Kosher Disclaimer: We do not allow Kosher self-supervised by guests at 18 On The Hill. Our dedicated Kosher Kitchen, with separate milk/dairy and meat sections, remains locked unless a vetted, qualified and trained Mashgiach, Kosher Supervisor, is present for the duration of the Kosher guests’ stay. It is important to us to maintain strict Kosher standards, to ensure we can be trusted by our Kosher guests.
* Kosher meals and charges are included in our Kosher package rate. If the Kosher Rate is not booked at least 5-7 days before arrival, it will not be available for the guest's stay. We are unable to accommodate last-minute Kosher bookings where we have to arrange for a Mashgiach.
*The Kosher rate excludes additional Kashering, if requested by guests.
If the booking falls over Shabbat, a shorter game drive on Friday and a Saturday Night game drive can be arranged on request.

* Rates are in South African Rands (ZAR) and inclusive of VAT.
* Children under 2 stay free and can be accommodated in a camp cot on request. Please contact that establishment directly to advise.
* Child Disclaimer: The lodge is happy to accommodate families, however, children are the responsibility of the parents, even when taking part in our kids' programme. Please note that there are plunge pools in the room, and our suites are raised high above ground. Children cannot be left unattended at all times during your stay. Child minding services can be arranged before guests' arrival. Children are permitted on game drives, but it is at the discretion of our rangers and management so as not to impact the experience for our other guests.
* Children under 16 are not permitted on bush walks.
* Proof of South African Citizenship is required for the South African Resident special to apply.
* Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged by prior arrangement.
* All cancellations must be sent in writing. Penalties are calculated on the total.
