Quietly positioned along one of Fish Hoek’s sunny avenues, the flat is a short walk away from the busy main road and its collection of antique shops, supermarkets and quirky cafes. To top it off the beach is only a few steps further.17 4th Avenue Self-catering offers comfortable accommodating four guests in one bedroom fitted with a double bed, as well as an additional two beds in the lounge. The main bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom with shower only, it is the only bathroom for guests to make use of. The flat has a large living room and a quaint self-catering kitchen. Off

Family friendly: The flat has a double bedroom and facilities for 2 children to sleep in. In summer there is a pool available for children who can swim under parents supervision. A small garden is available for children to play in and also for a braai.

Covid Safety Approved: I do my own cleaning and make sure there are hand sanitizers available. Masks on request. There are no domestic workers on the property . The whole flat will be cleaned to specification.

A spacious flat at a very reasonable rate. It is conveniently located in walking distance to the main street in Fish Hoek (for shopping) and the Fish Hoek beach.
