Welcome to 14 Penguin Place.
14 Penguin Place is situated right on the beach front; no street crossings in order to get to the beach.
Two spacious en-suite rooms - "A Room with a Sea View" and "Another Room with a View" - are available and will satisfy the most discerning guest. Each bedroom has a fully-equipped kitchenette. These two rooms can be booked individually or combined. Breakfast can be arranged at an additional charge. Experience the beach holiday of a lifetime by day and be lulled to sleep by the breakers at night.

Rooms are situated next to each other. Ideal for parents in one bedroom and 3 to 4 children in adjacent room. Each room has separate kitchen, bathroom and DStv.
Both rooms are ideal for honeymooners or romantic get-aways. This venue offers a spendid setting for bridal party stay-overs and photographic opportunities.

House rules:(a) - No wet towels or wet clothing to be hung on security - or pool gates. Please use washing line, or ask for clothes horse.
(b) - No guest house property whatsoever to be removed from the premises under any circumstances.
(c) - Please do not remove duvet covers from duvet inners, or indeed any bedding, on departure.
(d) - Towels provided by guesthouse should under no circumstances be used at swimming pool or taken down to the beach.
(e) - We are pet friendly, subject to prior arrangement only.
(f) - No animals are allowed in the swimming pool. Pets are also not allowed on beds and couches. Bedding for pets can be provided at no extra charge.
(g) - Guests are under no circumstances allowed to invite their own guests to braai and swim at 14 Penguin Place without seeking the landlady’s prior permission.
(h) - No non-paying guest shall overnight at 14 Penguin Place.
(i) - For safety reasons, use of the fire-place in Another Room with a Sea View is totally forbidden.
(j) - For their own sake, please refrain from feeding our two black-and-tan Dachshunds.
(k) - Room cleaning only done on request. Linen shall be changed every five days.
(l) - Before departure, all dishes and utensils should be washed and left on the drying rack.
(m) - Unless prior permission has been granted, guests should check out by 10 am.
